Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (pursuant to § 355 BGB). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). Please send your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

3. Special Notes on Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical data carrier if the business has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

a) has expressly consented to the business beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

b) has confirmed their acknowledgment that by giving their consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins (§ 356(5) BGB).

In this case, you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, please note our voluntary guarantee below.

4. Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if our guide does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — hassle-free and with no further explanation needed.

6. Refund Process

To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Withdrawal” or “Refund”.
  2. Provide your full name and the date of purchase so that we can locate your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
